#1. What is Partners Only Month?

Partners Only Month is a yearly tradition at VS, where for the month of December our Vinegar Syndrome catalog is hidden and only our Partner Label titles are available to purchase. This gives us a chance to celebrate our amazing roster of Partner Labels and also allows our fulfillment crew to focus on shipping out your Black Friday orders as quickly as possible.

This year, Partners Only Month will begin on Tuesday, December 3rd at 12:01 PM EST and run through Sunday, December 29th at 11:59 PM EST. Once the event goes live, you can expect 21 new releases from a variety of labels, new merch items and more!

#2. Where are the VS titles? Can I purchase them?

The entire Vinegar Syndrome catalog will be hidden during Partners Only month, so no VS titles will be available to purchase. Our catalog will return to the site for Subscriber Week on January 1st, 2025.

Please note: Mélusine will remain active during Partners Only month, so you can still browse + purchase titles over there!

#3. Can I view my Vinegar Syndrome Checklist?

The Vinegar Syndrome Checklist will be down during Partners Only month but will return on January 1st. Our separate, Partner Label checklist will be fully functional during the month of December.

#4. Is order stacking available during Partners Only month?

Yes! Thanks to our new and improved order stacking system, you can now stack Partners Only orders to your existing Black Friday order(s). As long as your Black Friday haul has not yet shipped, you can use the "Add to my existing order" shipping option to add to your package. Adding Partners Only orders to your Black Friday package will not cause any delays to your shipment - we will simply combine everything and send it out in one big box!

If you plan to place a Partners Only order after your Black Friday package has shipped, you can still do so! Just place an order on the site as usual, and we'll ship it out separately by the end of the month.

#5. I'm a VS Subscriber, if I pre-order a December Partner Label release, when will it ship?

We will begin the process of combining orders right when Partners Only Month starts. This means if your November Subscription package + Black Friday orders have not yet shipped, we will be able to add your Partners Only order(s) to that package.

If your November package ships before you place your Partners Only order, we will ship the Partners Only order out on its own! Please just allow us a little more time before we get to these orders, as we will be shipping the remainder of the Black Friday orders out simultaneously. You can trust that we'll get you everything you ordered as quickly as we can.

Quick reminder: Partners Only month is the last chance to purchase any applicable 2024 Partner Label releases using your 50% off SRP Subscriber Discount. Be sure to grab what you want now, as the discount will reset for 2025!

#6. Will the normal free shipping thresholds be activated?

Yes, the normal free shipping thresholds are active. As a reminder, shipping is free on US + Canadian orders over $100 USD and International orders over $200 USD.

#7. When will everything ship?

Whether you are waiting on a Black Friday order, Partners Only order, or both, please allow us through the end of December to get everything shipped out. Our warehouse crew will be working around the clock to fulfill all orders ASAP, but it will still take some time due to the amount of orders we received. Sit tight and wait for that confirmation email, because it will come soon!
