-- CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE --
We are currently looking for a full time CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to work out of our CT facility. Please note: remote workers will NOT be considered for this position.
Pay: $18-22/hr depending on experience

- 2+ years of previous customer service experience required
- Manage large amounts of incoming customer inquiries on various platforms and devices
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with long-term customers
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Must be detailed oriented, organized and self-motivated
- Knowledge of or ability to learn platforms such as Gorgias, Shopify, ShipHero, Stamps.com, Slack and Monday
- Ability to work and communicate as part of a team
- Open to learning shipping processes and work occasionally in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Familiarity with shipping carriers such as USPS, DHL and FedEx is a plus
- Applicants with experience in eCommerce customer support is a plus
