Warehouse Support Associate
Type: Full Time
Pay: $17-20/hr
Location: Meriden, CT
Vinegar Syndrome is looking for a full-time Warehouse Support Associate to assist with the day to day operations and upkeep of our warehouse.
The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys staying busy, can work independently or part of a team, and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist Vinegar Syndrome warehouse with day to day functions
- Upkeep stock and cleanliness of ship stations and supplies
- Assist with inventory and product management, including but not limited to: assigning new product locations, breaking down product pallets, reorganization of incoming product, and general product bin organization
- Perform ongoing consolidation of product back-stock to ensure new space for growth
- Upkeep the organization and cleanliness of general warehouse areas
- Assist with the delivery and pick-up of daily packages
- Frequent use of ShipHero, Monday.com, Slack and other platforms
- Breakdown and remove cardboard and other materials as needed
- Occasional shrink wrapping and labeling of product
- Assist with special warehouse projects as needed
- Must be able to multitask and take direction well
Requirements:
- 2+ years of warehouse, inventory, or related experience required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills
- Quick learner comfortable with new systems
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Warehouse Shipping Associate
Type: Full Time
Pay: $17-20/hr
Location: Meriden, CT
Vinegar Syndrome is looking for 2 full-time warehouse associates to join our growing team. These warehouse associates will be responsible for picking and packing consumer orders, working in a fast paced team environment, and assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, the ability to walk and stand for long periods, can easily pick up new systems and works well as part of a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as part of the warehouse team to pick and/or pack customer orders
- Upkeep cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces
- Ability to learn new systems and workflows
- Ensure inventory levels within the warehouse are accurate and up to date
- Daily use of ShipHero, Slack and other platforms
Requirements:
- 1+ year of warehouse or related experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment
