Thank you for taking part in our Halfway to Black Friday sale! Though our VS titles have been removed from the site to make way for Partners Only month, we are hard at work prepping + shipping out your Halfway to Black Friday orders! We expect orders to ship out in these timeframes:

Subscribers: June 3rd - June 10th
Flash Pre-Orders: June 10th - June 19th
Sale Orders: June 19th - June 30th

Flash Pre-Orders are pre-orders placed before the sale, between March 19th - May 21st. Sale Orders are orders placed between May 22d - May 26th.

If for any reason these timeframes do not work for you, we can cancel your order, no questions asked! Just email us with the details. Otherwise, please be sure our warehouse crew will be working as hard as they can to ship your order out in these windows. If your order has not shipped in your specific window, feel free to reach out so we can look into it.

Once you do receive your tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update in FedEx or USPS systems. They are also processing a large number of packages at this time, so updates might not be instant. If your package is stuck in transit on its journey to you, don’t sweat it! Give it at least 5 business days and 9 out of 10 times, that package starts moving again. And finally, if your order says it’s delivered but you don’t see it, give it a few more days. Sometimes carriers get ahead of themselves and mark a package as delivered a few days before they’re ready to actually deliver it.

And remember, as long as your orders haven’t shipped, you can keep stacking Partners Only titles for free! Just use the ‘add to my existing order’ shipping option at check out.
