What, when and where is the Love Massacre sale?
The Love Massacre Sale is an extension of Mélusine's famous Valentine's Sale, but with a Vinegar Syndrome twist! Beginning on Friday the 13th, we will be curating a mashup of Valentine's Day and slasher themed titles that will be on discounted at 50%+ off MSRP.
The sale starts Friday, February 13th at 12:01 PM ET and runs through Monday, February 16th at 11:59 PM ET.
On the Mélusine site you will find savings on hundreds of titles from all of the Mélusine sub-labels and Partner Labels, 1 very exciting new release from Quality X, 1 title from Wild Eye Releasing, new merch and more!

I've already placed a February pre-order, can I add to my stack?
Of course! Since you already have a February pre-order, you can add to your stack using the 'Add to my existing order' shipping option at checkout. We'll combine your Love Massacre Sale items with your existing pre-order and send them out in one big box.
Subscribers, you can still add to your February package throughout the sale. Just use your handy Free Subscriber shipping option at check out!
Please remember: Only Mélusine orders are able to be stacked to VS orders, not the other way around. If you are planning to place an order on both sites, be sure to place your VS order first with shipping paid, then you can use the free 'Add to my existing Vinegar Syndrome order' shipping option on Mélusine.
I purchased something earlier this month and now it's discounted - what can I do?
If you have an unfulfilled order for a title that is discounted during the sale, don't worry! Please place an order for that title at its discounted price and contact customer service. They can issue a refund for the full price purchase.
Is there a limit on Limited Edition releases?
Yes, all limited releases on both VS and Mélusine are limited to (1) copy per customer. Any orders that exceed these quantity limits will have the additional copies refunded upon shipping.
Will there be free shipping?
No, free shipping thresholds are disabled during major sales and events.
When will everything ship?
We will begin shipping all February orders on Wednesday, February 18th. As always, we will start with our yearly Subscribers and all other orders will ship out after. We plan to have all orders shipped out by the end of February.
