December Partners Only Month has become an annual tradition at VS, allowing us to focus on fulfilling your Black Friday orders while giving our Partner Labels a chance to shine! The event kicks off Thursday, December 4th at 12:01 PM ET and will run through Monday, December 29th at 10:00 AM ET.

During this time, all VS releases will be hidden from the website and only our Partner Label releases will be available to purchase. You can look forward to 25 new disc releases, catalog slipcovers, new merch, discounts and more!

Please read over the following FAQ for more info!

#1. What is Partners Only month? Why are you doing it?

The months of June and December are Partners Only months (meaning: no VS releases). Why? Well, logistically, the shipping of Halfway to Black Friday and Black Friday sale orders has long been an extremely complex process that gets more and more difficult every year. Therefore, as a means of easing our burden and also giving the Partner Labels themselves a time to shine, we’re dedicating two months out of the year specifically to them while we focus on fulfilling orders.

#2. Vinegar Syndrome releases have been temporarily hidden to make way for Partners Only Month!

Even though we are still busy shipping out the many thousands of Black Friday orders that were placed, the Partner Label section of our site is still open for business! Newly placed Partner Label orders will still be shipped out during this period. The full Vinegar Syndrome catalog will return January 1st with a bunch of brand new releases for Subscriber Week.

#3. Is order stacking available during Partners Only month?

Yes! Order stacking will be available all month long. There are a few ways you can do it:

If you have a Black Friday Pre-Order or Sale Order that has not yet shipped, you can add your Partners Only order to it using the free 'Add to my Existing Order' shipping option. We'll combine all of your orders and ship them out together.
If your Black Friday haul is already on the way to you, you'll just have to place a new Partners Only order with shipping paid. Once that order is placed, you'll unlock order stacking for any additional Partners Only orders!
If you would like your Partners Only order shipped separately from your Black Friday order, just be sure to pay shipping on your Partners Only order so they will not be combined.

Quick note: Combining your Partners Only orders with your Black Friday orders will not slow down the shipping of your order! Everything will ship out on the same timeline by the end of December.

#4. When will my order ship?

Since we will still be working on fulfilling the thousands of Black Friday orders we received, Partners Only shipping may also take a few weeks. We plan to have all Black Friday + Partners Only orders shipped out by the end of December, so please allow us 3-4 weeks for your order to ship out. If your order does not ship by the end of December, feel free to contact us so we can look into it.

#5. I'm a VS Subscriber, what do I need to know?

Since there are no VS releases this month, there is no Subscriber package either. That said, Subscribers still get their exclusive discounts on all new Partner Label releases! Just place your order as usual, and we will handle the shipping. If the timing works out and your November package has not shipped, then we'll include your Partners Only order(s) there. If your November package has shipped, we'll send your Partners Only order(s) out in the first week or two of December, free of charge!

#6. Something I ordered during Halfway to Black Friday is even more discounted or part of a bundle, what should I do?

We are unable to make price adjustments to existing orders. If you would like any of the Partners Only offerings that overlap with your Black Friday order, the easiest thing to do is place a new order for the Partners Only item(s). Then email us and we can cancel the Black Friday portion, as long as the order has not shipped.

If your Black Friday order has shipped, then there is nothing we can do.

#7. Will the normal free shipping thresholds be activated?

Yes, the normal free shipping thresholds are active.

#8. Can I still use the checklist?

Since our VS titles will be hidden from the site, our VS checklist will not be functional. The Partner Label checklist will be available for use all month long.
