My stuff arrived damaged!
If your item(s) were damaged during shipment, please send us a picture of the damage immediately upon receipt. In most cases, we’ll ship out a replacement copy asap.
I received a refund I didn't ask for!
If you received a refund for an item or items that you did not request, it likely means your order exceeded our quantity limits. All limited edition titles are limited to (1) per customer, so any orders that exceed that limit will have the extra copies refunded upon shipping.
Can I return or exchange an unopened item?
All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges unless items were damaged during shipping (please see above).
