The Vinegar Syndrome subscription is hands down the best way to experience everything VS. Whether you are a current Subscriber, want to become one, or simply want to know what all the talk is about, here are all of the details of the Vinegar Syndrome Subscription:

#1. What is a subscription?
The VS Subscription is a full year or half year offering of all things VS. Signing up for the subscription grants you all new limited edition, VS branded titles at 50% off SRP, sent out automatically each month, along with a ton of other discounts and benefits.

The Annual Subscription (available for purchase January 1st - 7th) runs from January through December.

The Midway Subscription (available for purchase July 1st - 7th) runs from July through December.

#2. What does the Subscription include?
The Subscription includes the new VS branded titles sent out each month (including slipcovers, cases, box sets, secret and mystery titles, etc.) and exclusive Subscriber discounts on other products.

Subscribers receive a special 50% off SRP discount on all sub-label (VSA, VSU, VSP, VSL, Cinématographe, Degausser Video), Partner Label and Mélusine titles released during their subscription period. 

Subscribers also have access to a special Subscriber shipping option that allows them to add to their monthly package for free each month. We will combine all orders and send out one big package mid-month. Finally, Subscriber packages are the first to ship out following pre-order releases and sale events!

Note: Individual product listings will note if the release is or is not included in the monthly Subscription package, along with more information about the discount if available. 

#3. How do I sign up?
The VS Subscription is offered during one of our two Subscriber Week events. It is a single ticket purchase that covers all VS branded releases for your subscription period.

Subscriber Week runs from January 1st - 7th and the Annual Subscription is available for purchase. Summer Subscriber Week runs from July 1st - 7th where the Midway Subscription is available for purchase. Simply place an order for the Subscription during one of these events, and you will automatically be set up with all benefits for the rest of the year! 

#4. Ok, I signed up. How do I get the exclusive discounts?
As long as you are signed in to your account on the website, the 50% SRP discounts will be automatically applied to eligible titles. You will see a red "Subscriber Price" badge indicating the discount.

Important Note: If you are using our VS mobile app, the discounts will not be applied until checkout. 

#5. Where will my package be sent?
When you sign up for the Subscription, your address will be set to the default address on your account at the time. If at any point you move or need to update your Subscription address, please update the default address on your account and notify us of the change. We have some updates to make on our end to ensure a smooth transition.

#6. I added titles to my monthly package but they shipped separately.
For orders to be combined, your name and address have to be the same across all orders. This includes nicknames, middle initials, and all address formatting. Our system can sometimes miss orders that should've been combined, but don't worry! If one or two orders are left behind, they will still ship out on their own. Just do your best to use the same info across your orders to ensure one big package sent your way.

#7. I changed my mind - Can I cancel my Subscription?
No, once Subscriber Week ends, the Subscription is non-refundable.
