When does it start?The sale begins at 12:01 PM ET on Tuesday, September 1st and runs through 11:59 PM ET on Monday, September 7th.Both Vinegar Syndrome and M&#xE9;lusine will be shutting down around 12:00 AM ET on Sunday, August 30th in preparation for the sale.&#xA0;#3. What is going to be on sale?A variety of products released prior to November 2025 will be discounted during this event, including releases and merchandise ranging from 10%-70% off SRP! What are the &apos;Out of Print&apos; products that were mentioned?The &apos;Out of Print&apos; (or OOP) titles getting added during the sale are products that have sold out in the past that we have unearthed in our warehouse. This is due to a variety of reasons; from locating a forgotten box in back stock to going through returns and/or damages that have been processed by our warehouse crew.Remember, the OOP section will have products ranging in stock levels, and will be extremely limited. The entire collection will have a strict 1 unit per customer policy in place. Any orders that exceed this limit will have the extra items refunded prior to shipping.Some OOP products may come with slightly dinged corners, imperfect edges, small scuff marks, etc. from years of warehousing and storage. Due to the expected imperfections and limited nature of these products, we will not be honoring any replacement requests for damages.&#xA0;And remember, adding an item to your cart does not reserve you a copy, your copy is only secured once paid for. If an item sells out before you are able to check out, it means all copies have been sold and we will not be able to amend your order to include it.&#xA0;NOTE: All OOP sales are final during this event. We will NOT be accepting refunds or cancellations for any OOP products.#9. Is there anything to know about the OOP section?Yes! The OOP collection will have a new batch of products added it it each day! We will be keeping up anything that is still available throughout the week.Please note:&#xA0;Listed OOP items that still have an in-stock standard edition will be removed from the OOP section once the limited edition version sells out. This is to ensure that in-stock standard editions are not confused as out of print product.#10.&#xA0;Will I be able to add to an existing order during this period?Yes! As always, <a href="https://support.vinegarsyndrome.com/en-US/order-stacking---faq-247544">order stacking</a> will be available during the sale. If you have an unfulfilled order that you paid shipping on, you will automatically have the free &apos;Add to my existing order&apos; shipping option enabled. If you plan to cross-order, make sure to place your VS order first.NOTE: Customers must be logged in to view this shipping option. Anything going on at the M&#xE9;lusine website?Yes, M&#xE9;lusine will have it&apos;s own, limited, OOP section that will be available to browse for the entirety of the sale.&#xA0;M&#xE9;lusine will have new Distribpix and VCX releases available on September 1st at 12:01 PM ET.&#xA0;#12. Will free shipping thresholds still be enabled during the sale?No. Free shipping thresholds are disabled during our larger sales &amp; events, including this one.&#xA0;#13. When will everything ship?We will begin shipping in-stock orders immediately following the sale. Subscriber orders will begin shipping around September 14th, with all remaining orders sent out by the end of the month.&#xA0;NOTE: Brand new Pre-orders will be available during the sale. If you are adding to an existing order that contains a Pre-order item, the merged orders will not ship out until later in (mid) September. After you have been a member of a specific status for a full calendar year, your membership will reset.&#xA0;I entered my birthday, but did not receive points. Why?If you entered your birthday on OR within 30 days of your birthday, you will be granted the points 30 days after you entered the date. For example, if your birthday is on January 1st and you entered in the date on January 1st, you will be awarded the points on January 31st.Can I use my points on M&#xE9;lusine?Yes! Our loyalty program is cross-site compatible, meaning you can earn points cumulatively on both websites and decide whether to use them on Vinegar Syndrome or M&#xE9;lusine. The loyalty program on M&#xE9;lusine is called the <a href="https://melusine.com/pages/loyalty-rewards">M&#xE9;lusine Media Club</a>, and it operates exactly the same as VSMC.
