General Shipping

How do you ship?

Everything ships in sturdy boxes that are well-packed with bubble bags and/or packaging paper. Most in-stock orders will ship within 2-5 business days, but please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays and during/after website events (Black Friday, Halfway to Black Friday, Subscriber Week, etc.)

Do you ship Internationally?

Absolutely! See the International Shipping section below for additional information.


Domestic U.S. Shipping

How much is shipping in the U.S.?

$6 Standard - These packages will ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

$12 Deluxe - Most of these packages will ship via USPS Priority or FedEx Express Saver depending on order size and delivery location.

How long will it take to get my package?

Generally, orders placed with Standard shipping will arrive within 5 business days. Most order placed with Deluxe shipping should arrive in 2-3 days.

Can I track my package?

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in USPS’s or FedEx's website.


Canadian Shipping

Do you have a Canadian presence?

We will no longer be doing order fulfillment out of our Canada facility. Instead, we have opened up a brand new Vinegar Syndrome store in Toronto! You can visit us at: 399 Roncesvalles Ave. Toronto, ON M6R 2N1

All orders to Canada will ship from the US. 

How much is Canadian shipping?

We have a simple flat rate shipping option for Canadian customers.

$12 Canada - Most packages will ship via FedEx International Connect Plus. Orders addressed to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS International service.

No, we take care of all import duties + taxes! Packages shipped via FedEx will be taken care of automatically. If FedEx or USPS reach out to you for any reason, please contact us so we can help you out.

When will my package arrive?

Our Canadian customers are constantly impressed by how quick their orders arrive, but shipping times will vary greatly depending on where you live.

Ontario = 2-3 days in transit

Quebec & Manitoba = 4-6 days in transit

All other provinces = 5-7 days in transit

Our International customers are constantly impressed by how quick their orders arrive, but shipping times will vary greatly depending on where you live.

That said, plan on one to two weeks for delivery or more depending on customs.

It’s been over a month and my package has not yet arrived.

Don’t panic! Your package may be held up in customs. Call your local FedEx rep and check with them.

If that doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do to help.


Shipping Related FAQs


Can I update my shipping address? 

As long as your order has not shipped, we can update your shipping address - just contact us with the details! We are not able to update an address at any point after an order has shipped. You may reach out to USPS or FedEx to see if your package can be re-routed. 

Subscribers: If you are moving and need your address updated, please update the default address on your account then contact us. We have changes we need to make to our Subscriber database in order for your address to be properly updated.

My package is stuck in transit / hasn't been delivered yet.

Shipping delays can be common with all carriers! Even if your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, it is more than likely still on the way and the tracking will update soon. 9 times out of 10, all packages stuck in transit end up delivered, so we wait 30 days from the last tracking update to consider a package lost. If your package still has not arrived 30 days after the last tracking update, please contact us.

My package says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. 

Don't worry! It is normal for a carrier to mark a package as delivered but then actually deliver it a few days later. If your tracking says the package was delivered, please wait 5 business days before contacting us. If there is still no sign of the package at that point, let us know and we can look into next steps. 

My order was incorrect or damaged during delivery. 

Sorry to hear there was an issue with your order. All shipping and order issues can be reported directly to our customer service team so they can assess the problem. Please make all reports within 90 days of receipt or incident. Any inquires after 90 days of when the package was delivered (or marked as delivered) will not be honored.
