Black Friday Pre-Order 2026 - FAQUpdated a minute ago
#1. What is the Black Friday Pre-Order?
The Black Friday Pre-Order is a chance for customers to order some of our Black Friday releases ahead of the sale, securing exclusive discounts on these titles as well as earlier shipping following the sale.
#2. When does it start?
The Black Friday Pre-Order Event will start Sunday, November 1st at 12:01 PM ET and run through Wednesday, November 4th at 11:59 PM ET. Individual title pre-orders will remain available after November 4th, but at their slightly higher regular prices, until the site shuts down ahead of the Black Friday sale. All discounted packages will be permanently removed once the Flash Pre-Order event concludes.
#3. What will be available?
We will have these pre-order options available:
- Newly announced VSU
- Newly announced VS #1
- Newly announced VS #2
- Newly announced Pink Line
- Absolutely Everything Package (including all VS + VS Sub-Label Black Friday releases, excluding Pink Line)
- All VS Package (4 VS, 1 VSU, 1 VSL, 1 VSA)
- Secret Package (2 unannounced VS titles)
- *Completionist Package (all VS Sub-Labels releasing for Black Friday, excluding Pink Line)
And that is hardly half of the titles coming your way for Black Friday! The rest will be revealed once the sale goes live.
*Note: The Completionist Package will only be available for our Subscribers. It will be discounted slightly higher than the usual 50% off MSRP subscriber discounts. Non-Subscribers will not be able to view or purchase this product.
#4. What is the benefit of pre-ordering these titles?
All pre-order options will be discounted during the Flash Pre-Order event. On November 5th, individual title pre-orders will return to their regular prices, while all pre-order packages will no longer be available for purchase. Ordering ahead of time secures these discounted prices, as well as a guaranteed copy of some of the more popular titles!
Having an active pre-order also enables order stacking immediately when the Black Friday sale begins. As long as you have a Black Friday pre-order, you will automatically see your ‘Add to my existing order’ shipping option at checkout.
Additionally, Pre-Order packages will be the first to ship after the sale, following our Subscriber packages.
#5. Is there free shipping?
No, the free shipping thresholds will be turned off during the Black Friday Pre-order Event. This means you will have to pay a shipping fee no matter your order size, but will unlock free order stacking during the Black Friday sale!
Free shipping thresholds will be turned back on once the Black Friday Pre-Order ends, and remain on until the sale. This means you can wait to order some of these titles to get free shipping, but just remember they will no longer be at their discounted prices.
#6. I’m a Subscriber, what do I need to know?
As a VS subscriber, you will automatically receive the secret releases and to-be revealed VS releases. The VS Sub-Label releases can be purchased with your 50% off SRP subscriber discount. Everything will be shipped out after the sale with your November package!
Subscribers will now have the option to pre-order the Completionist Package for extra savings on all VS Sub-Label releases coming out for Black Friday (excluding Pink Line).
#7. Will there be any other new releases on November 1st?
Yes! Our November Partner Label line-up will also be dropped on November 1st, at 12:01 PM ET. These releases will be available to ship before the Black Friday sale, so be sure to place a separate order for them if you’d like them to ship earlier. Stacking them with Black Friday Pre-orders means they will ship out after the sale.
Note to Subscribers: November Partner Label orders will ship out with your November package following the Black Friday Sale. If you would like them sent out sooner, please contact customer service for options.
